We do not receive, process, or store your full card details. Card data is entered directly on the payment provider's secure infrastructure. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference and the amount.

• Booking and contact data: kept for the duration of the booking and afterwards where needed for support, disputes, or refunds.
